Sandie Jones

Margaret "Sandie" Jones (1951 – 19 September 2019) was an Irish singer. She represented in the Eurovision Song Contest 1972 with the song "" (), the only occasion in the history of the contest on which a song was performed in the Irish language.

Jones died after a long illness on 19 September 2019, at the age of 68. She was in hospice care in the United States, where she had moved later in her life. Provided by Wikipedia
